Full-time Team Members
If you are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week you are eligible for all coverages listed in this portal on the first of the month following your start date.
Part-time Team Members
Part-time team members are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan.
Temporary Team Members
Temporary team members are eligible to participate in the 401(k) retirement plan.
How Do I Make Changes?
How Do I Make Changes?
Life is full of changes – both expected and unexpected. Generally, you may change your benefit elections only during the annual enrollment period. However, you may change your benefit elections during the year if you experience a qualified life event including:
- Marriage, divorce or legal separation
- Birth or adoption of a child
- Change in child’s dependent status
- Death of spouse, child or other qualified dependent
- Change in spouse’s employment status
- Involuntary loss of other coverage
You must notify your Culture & People team within 30 days of the qualified life event. If you do not contact Culture & People within 30 days of the qualified event, you will have to wait until the next annual enrollment period to make changes (unless you experience another qualified life event). Depending on the type of event, you may be asked to provide proof of the event.
