College Savings Program Overview
ARAG recognizes the importance of a college education, and as such, encourages team members to participate in a formal college savings plan through the reimbursement of team member contributions. All full-time team members are eligible to participate in this program immediately upon employment.
Annually, ARAG will reimburse 50% of a team member’s contribution to each dependent child’s qualified account up to $500 per eligible child. For the initial year of participation, or for each additional child for which a saving plan is initiated, an additional $100 will be reimbursed. Eligible dependents is defined as a team member’s natural or legally adopted child, stepchild, or foster child that receives principal support from the team member.
