The Wellness of our team members is a priority at ARAG. Healthy team members are a benefit not only to themselves and their family, but also to the workforce and organization. With a priority of supporting a healthy and wellness-minded workforce, ARAG has a number of programs to support individual and wellness group efforts. These include:

Wellness Incentive Program
Wellness Incentive Program
New team members, hired after March 1 of the current year, will be provided the additional subsidy for the remainder of the year if an affidavit of intention is signed indicating they plan to participate in the new health screen assessment period.
ARAG’s wellness program includes financial incentives which impact medical plan premium contributions if you qualify for certain pre-determined goals and criteria.
By meeting various requirements, you can qualify for a lower payroll deduction for your medical plan than a non-participant. You may also access resources designed to improve your overall health status. The program requires an annual health screening. Your test results are not shared with ARAG.
